TAJ
Productions aims to transform the experience of disability.
We do this by tailoring programs specifically to our clients' needs and by
producing ground-breaking arts events. We gratefully acknowledge the prior

executives of TAJ Productions are:
Leonie Jackson BTeach (Griff) BA MA (Macq)

Leonie is the Chairman of TAJ
Productions and also the Assistant Principal of the Thomas Pattison School at
the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children. Leonie brings TAJ a
wealth of experience in and a passion for the disability sector. Leonie is
a past President of the Management Council for the Deaf Education Network
(1996-2001) and the New South Wales Association of the Deaf (1994-8).
Leonie is a prior Board member of the Deaf Society of New South Wales (1995-7)
and the Australian Theatre of the Deaf (2000-2) and was a member of the NSW TAFE
Disability Consultative Committee (1996-8).
Alex Jones BFA (NYU) - Tisch School of the Arts

A profoundly Deaf Auslan user, and professionally trained
actor/director, Alex leads the Productions and theatrical aspects of the
business. Alex brings extensive experience in event management in
the entertainment industry, education and Deaf access issues.
Alex was the Festival Director for the M2005 Deaflympic Games Cultural Festival

Open-Captioned Screening through Hoyts Cinema (2000); Special Events Convener
with the AAD for the 13th World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf
(1999). Section Director for the Paralympics Closing Ceremony (2000); Program

A Rhodes scholar, and director of TAJ Productions, Tony has
led the Subscription TV captioning initiative
with focus on the financial,
regulatory, data management, and channel communication aspects of the project.
Tony is Managing Director of
Access Innovation Media, provider of captioning services to leading
subscription TV channels. Tony previously worked in management consulting (Boston
Consulting Group), finance (Rubicon Partners),
accounting (Andersens), legal (Mallesons) and education (UNSW,
Oxford University) on a range of
projects and is currently also Chairman of the UNSW Accounting Honours Alumni Network.
Tony led the taskforce that set up the world's first multidisciplinary Internet
Institute, situated at Balliol College in Oxford (www.oii.ox.ac.uk)
in 2001.
